Founded in 1987, Partylite is a manufacturer of home decor and home fragrance distributed in 21 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia via direct selling, catalog, and web.

The challenge was to turn around a declining business with design innovation to increase global growth. I led the redesign of packaging to drive brand loyalty and uniqueness within the market. I also partnered with the leadership team to shape and design the new Find Your Signature home party concept built on the idea of combining fragrances, driving sales towards the more consumable business of candles and bringing an infusion of energy to the sales field.
